Our Capabilities & Equipment
We can process all types of elastomers on our 60” and 40” Open Roll Mills and make pre-forms on one of our 3 Royle Extruders. Our molding department consists of 15 Steam Platen Presses ranging in size from 20” X 20” to 30” X 30”.

We also have Hydraulic Trimming Presses, Clicking Die Trimmers, Dry Ice Tumbling Machines, and Punch Presses. We work with several area custom mixers who supply Military or ASTM Specification material and testing as well as several excellent mold makers with years of experience in the rubber industry.
